Lynch Homes was founded in Ayr in 1971 as a builder and developer of quality new homes in the Strathclyde Region but with a predominance of developments in Ayrshire.

Over the years the company has built in excess of 3000 homes and prides itself in its reputation for quality and care it has gained in the process.

In early 2000 Lynch Homes changed its strategic vision from being a builder to being solely a developer.

This allowed the company to focus on the keys aspects of the business – namely finding and developing exceptional sites and providing the home owner quality, value for money and genuine customer care fully backed by NHBC warranties.
